This is a landing page for people interested to know about the Riverside Housing association & Riverside group.
As we develop the role-based security of the site, members will be able to opt into, access and contribute to topics, articles, knowledge and various actions to do with the Housing Association.
- When logged in, verified Riverside tenants will see secured content not available to general members.
- We have worked with and intend to expand access to dissatisfied staff than can right wrongs confidentially from the outside
- We do know how to read accounts & finance documents, so we do plan to extend our reach to all Riverside tenants
- We will put in place proper issue/complaint prioritisation & tracking – we’ll provide easy access to a better process so that you’re not put off
- We are looking for volunteers “talented victims” to help with content, admin, escaltion & other sub-projects
We’ll give the ombudsman a chance (& to change if necessary), but we will hopefully also have legal volunteers that can go a little more directly to action from within Unite-The-Nation
Generally, if you operate as a charity or mutual group, we shouldn’t be seeing many of the things we see & in line with the larger national movement, those accountable need to be held to account civilly or where appropriate criminally.
